Customer Services Representative (VDR)

About the role

TransPerfect is expanding its Toronto hub and seeks a motivated Customer Services Representative to deliver high‑quality technical and operational support for its Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across North America and other regions, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone and email, advising on VDR workflows and providing first‑line technical support.
• Assist users with platform navigation, access permissions, document management, Q&A, and reporting.
• Conduct and host online training sessions for clients.
• Investigate and document user issues, escalating technical matters when necessary.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support activities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
• Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and master the VDR platform.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
