About the role

Join a fast‑growing supplier of sanitary solutions in the beautiful Canmore region. As a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate you will combine front‑line customer support with hands‑on warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery of products to hospitality, municipal, healthcare and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules and pickups, optimizing logistics for cost‑effective transportation.
• Receive, sort and process incoming shipments.
• Deliver products to key customers using company trucks.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and product selection to maintain high satisfaction.
• Manage orders from receipt through dispatch, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading.
• Perform preventative maintenance on delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized workplace in line with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, delivery operations or warehouse environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of resolving issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and performing basic equipment maintenance.
