Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Eastlink is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inbound calls, answer questions, solve problems, and recommend products and services that match customer needs. The role offers a mix of service and sales opportunities in a dynamic call‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls about accounts, billing, products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with upgrades, plan changes, and service requests.
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote relevant products, services, and promotions.
• Meet individual sales and performance targets.
• Accurately document interactions across multiple systems.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable balancing service and sales conversations.
• Reliable, accountable, and open to feedback.
• Organised with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or a call‑centre environment is an asset.
