Customer Service & Sales Representative (Part‑time)

About the role

Join VapouRevolution Vape Shop in Whitehorse as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. You will work in a clean, professional environment helping customers transition away from smoking while delivering excellent retail service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide information on vaping alternatives.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and electronic payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and restock shelves.
• Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in customer service or retail sales (preferred).
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays.
• Willingness to commute to or relocate to Whitehorse, YT.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
