About the role

The Customer Service Sales Clerk will support Crime Watch Canada by delivering front‑line service to customers and processing sales. This full‑time permanent position works in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit payments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Work under pressure to meet daily targets and tight deadlines.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as data entry.
• Sit, stand, and walk as required throughout the shift.
