Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

Graymont is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working remotely from Canada, you will coordinate orders, support customers, and collaborate with sales, logistics and plant operations to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams such as sales, invoicing, operations and logistics.
• Process orders accurately, maintain records in Salesforce, and support SOP and KPI maintenance.
• Gather customer insights and share feedback to drive service improvements.
• Support demand‑and‑supply planning by communicating order trends and participating in S&OP meetings.
• Assist the commercial team on customer‑specific projects and maintain accurate customer master data.
• Travel 5‑10 % within North America as needed.

Required profile

• Associate degree or diploma in Business, Logistics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Ability to travel occasionally and reside within reasonable distance to an airport.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP.
• Familiarity with transportation management system (TMS) platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools like Cognos.
