About the role
Join Best Buy Canada as a part‑time Customer Service Representative (also called an omni‑channel specialist). You will handle purchases, returns, trade‑ins and provide friendly assistance to shoppers in the store.
Key responsibilities
- Create an amazing customer experience at the checkout or the customer service counter
- Respond to questions and share product knowledge
- Ensure store signage is accurate and open‑box items are appropriately marked
- Ensure shelves and displays are well‑stocked and organized
- Complete pre‑opening and post‑closing tasks
Required profile
- Enthusiasm to assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast‑paced environment
