About the role
Join a luxury goods retailer in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering memorable experiences to high‑end clientele while handling essential administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform full administration duties and follow‑up related to customer service.
- Develop and retain relationships with customers to provide unique, memorable experiences.
- Greet, serve, and follow‑up with clients throughout their visit.
- Create and update client files, ensuring accurate information for each customer.
- Assist with special projects such as sales set‑up, merchandising, and stockroom work when needed.
- Maintain high standards of general customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Well‑presented appearance with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attention to detail for accurate client file management.
- Flexibility to support special projects and occasional stockroom tasks.
