About the role
Mid Island Co‑op is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work at its Port Hardy Gas Bar. The role is ideal for someone who is committed, outgoing, reliable and enjoys serving the local community while delivering exceptional retail experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Mid Island Co‑op, embodying the values of Excellence, Community and Teamwork.
- Support store management with daily operations, including processing customer transactions, answering questions, creating displays, stocking shelves and keeping merchandise organized.
- Maintain a safe, efficient and positive work environment by following company policies, procedures and standards.
Required profile
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lb.
- Previous retail experience preferred; propane or FoodSafe certification considered an asset.
