Customer Service Representative

About the role

Walker Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Woodbridge team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound phone calls.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer‑related campaigns.
• Investigate, resolve, and evaluate customer concerns via phone or email.
• Ensure timely response to service‑related issues and follow up on first services.
• Support service technicians by confirming schedules, providing start times, and relaying work orders.
• Maintain one‑touch routing efficiency 24 hours prior to dispatch.
• Inform customers of upcoming services and direct calls to the sales team when needed.
• Proactively follow up on incomplete work and coordinate resolutions between customers and technicians.
• Accurately record all communications in the CRM system.
• Participate in quarterly ride‑alongs with technicians to deepen service knowledge.

Required profile

• High school graduation or equivalent; post‑secondary education is an asset.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Initiative, strong judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under direction and take discretionary action when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for accurate record‑keeping.
