Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join a dynamic customer service team at Triple Eight Transport, supporting a high volume of email and phone inquiries. You will manage orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders, generate work orders, and verify special requests.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments, conveying lead times and accommodations.
• Coordinate with facility and operations teams to arrange shipments and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate invoicing by identifying services performed for the billing department.
• Anticipate and prevent delays that could affect customers.
• Keep customers informed about order status and follow up on satisfaction.
• Handle damages or returns, complete necessary paperwork, and liaise with customers.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic.
• Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch or planning; 1 year customer service experience is a plus.
• Post‑secondary education is an asset.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
