Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary liaison between North‑American customers and internal production, logistics, and material teams at Tiercon’s 352 Arvin facility. You will ensure timely, accurate communication of order status, shipment details, and customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement of service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support via email, web portals, and phone for a high volume of daily inquiries.
• Validate order details, revisions, and releases before production to guarantee alignment with specifications.
• Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate truck bookings, and monitor shipment updates through supplier and customer portals.
• Identify and troubleshoot order discrepancies, escalating issues to internal teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, update Excel tracking tools, and run QAD reports to verify inventory and production schedules.
• Assist with label printing and schedule coordination for production runs.

Required profile

• Knowledgeable and self‑directed individual with experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience using QAD or similar ERP reporting tools.
