Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will support our online B2B and B2C sales channels, ensuring a seamless experience for shoppers of tools, electronics, and home & kitchen products. Reporting to the Ecommerce Specialist, you will work from our Montreal office and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, covering product questions, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and website pages on Shopify and other e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
• Gather and relay customer feedback to marketing to influence campaigns and product assortments.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns across digital channels.
• Analyze shopping trends using Shopify analytics to identify gaps and recommend assortment improvements.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or e‑commerce.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English.
• Understanding of Canadian cultural and economic dynamics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify (store setup, theme customization, app integration).
• Ability to manage product listings, inventory, and pricing within Shopify.
• Experience using Shopify analytics to track performance and customer behavior.
