Customer Service Representative

About the role

Cannon Solutions Graphiques, Quebec’s largest digital print house, is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative to work on‑site in Montreal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand our printing services, products, pricing and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Answer in‑person, phone and email inquiries about print products and services.
• Provide clear information on pricing, timelines and product options.
• Process orders, track job status and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage customer accounts, document interactions in internal systems and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Resolve issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment at the retail location.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably as a Customer Service Representative.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail when processing orders and recording customer information.
• Previous experience in printing or a related service industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with order management software.
