Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) – Prince Albert

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Prince Albert branch. In this full‑time position you will deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external customers, handling face‑to‑face interactions and phone inquiries while supporting rental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, providing accurate information and resolutions.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable follow‑ups, and other assigned tasks.
• Greet customers in person, assess their rental needs, and guide them through the rental process.
• Process vehicle returns, check‑ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company’s services, assist with customer pick‑up and drop‑off, and ensure safe vehicle handling.
• Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protection products.
• Report vehicle issues to management and perform basic vehicle cleaning when required.
• Perform administrative duties such as billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, report generation, and supply maintenance.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to assess rental needs and provide clear information.
• Attention to detail for vehicle condition checks and administrative tasks.
• Reliability and willingness to work a consistent 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday.
