Customer Service Representative – Full Time

About the role

Homes Alive Pets is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Winnipeg store. In this full‑time role you will be the first point of contact for guests and their pets, delivering knowledgeable assistance and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their pet care needs and provide honest product advice.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash and process transactions.
• Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, pricing items, and keeping displays clean.
• Support teammates by assisting with projects and following store procedures.
• Complete routine system tasks such as inventory checks and checklist items.

Required profile

• Positive, hardworking attitude with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
