Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Customer Service Representative to join UniFirst’s Edmonton team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone inquiries, walk‑ins and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries and take orders over the phone.
• Enter customer data and process credits, exchanges and account receivables.
• Provide inside support to sales representatives and assist with telemarketing projects.
• Resolve customer issues related to their accounts.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, show samples, take measurements and process orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• Experience with AS400 system (or similar ERP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Accurate data‑entry capabilities.
