Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

About the role

The Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher will act as a liaison between Flynn's strategic clients and internal service departments, ensuring timely information, issue resolution, and accurate invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of client requests via phone, email, and online portals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and meet client‑specified timeframes.
• Coordinate with service departments across Canada and the US to address operational issues.
• Identify problems, handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to designated resources.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
• Prepare accurate invoices for strategic clients and resolve any contract‑invoice discrepancies.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service or dispatching is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the construction or roofing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Post‑secondary education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in database and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customer portals for invoicing and service coordination.
• Availability for after‑hours and weekend work as required.
