Customer Service Representative – Collision Program

About the role
The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its Internal Collision Center. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth vehicle intake, repair coordination, and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule maintenance and prepare arriving vehicles for service.
- Communicate expectations and updates to customers throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate rental vehicles and manage hand‑offs.
- Provide regular vehicle status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Reorder materials and supplies needed for repairs.
- Review completed repairs and oversee final delivery to customers.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑oriented approach with both clients and coworkers.
- Willingness to train others and share knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to follow detailed instructions.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office.
- Account receivable experience is a plus.
