About the role
Join the LCBO team as a Casual Customer Service Representative, where your charismatic personality and love for engaging with people will create memorable experiences for customers purchasing wine, beer, and spirits. You will work on the store floor and at the cash register, delivering best‑in‑class service during peak periods.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers, share product knowledge, and operate computerized cash registers.
- Assist with inventory receiving, unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
- Perform repetitive lifting of cases up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods while processing transactions.
Required profile
- Enjoy working with the public and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in Canada, and willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Available for evening, weekend, and peak‑period shifts, with flexibility for short‑notice scheduling.
