About the role

Join the LCBO team in Cornwall as a Casual Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover and purchase wine, beer, and spirits while delivering a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, share product knowledge, and operate computerized cash registers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold Customer Ready Standards.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, and restocking shelves.
• Perform repetitive lifting of cases up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Work peak periods, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal busy times.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting with the public and delivering exceptional service.
• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada.
• Agree to a criminal background check at your own expense.
• Flexible availability for peak business periods and short‑notice scheduling.
