About the role

Join Concentrix’s award‑winning “One Concentrix” team as a remote Automotive Customer Service Representative. You will deliver exceptional support for a world‑renowned automotive brand, helping customers solve technical issues and enhancing their overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support following a call flow guide.
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical problems.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in internal databases.
• Promote additional products or services when appropriate.
• Deliver expert, friendly customer experiences.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED.
• A quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Desktop or laptop computer, high‑speed internet (no wireless/hotspot or satellite), and a smartphone.
