Customer Service Representative - Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing Customer Service Representative to support automotive dealerships using our EDealer platform. The role involves handling inbound phone and email inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and delivering product demos and training.

Key responsibilities

• Answer first‑level support calls and emails, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues promptly, escalating to sales, support managers, or technical teams when needed.
• Log all interactions in the case‑tracking system with clear, concise notes.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to a knowledge‑base of standard solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of EDealer products and systems.
• Quality‑assure cases handed to developers, web‑developers, and designers.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; college or university degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and stay flexible.
• Experience with ticketing or help‑desk software is a plus.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is advantageous.
• Good understanding of Windows, macOS and basic networking concepts.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
