Customer Service Representative (Automotive Glass)

About the role

Join Belron Canada’s fast‑moving service centre in Lebeau as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while supporting the daily operations of an automotive glass repair shop.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries and manage service appointments.
• Complete administrative tasks that keep the service centre running efficiently.
• Coordinate with insurance partners to secure the best value for customers.
• Vacuum vehicle interiors, clean windows and perform simple windshield repairs using provided tools.
• Shuttle vehicles between the reception area and the repair bay.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and add value for customers.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and teammates.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or tourism environments.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and willingness to work at multiple Belron locations within the assigned area.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and simple windshield repair tools.
