Customer Service Representative – 23‑Month Contract

About the role

Join Waste Connections of Canada as a Customer Service Representative on a 22‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the first point of contact for residents and businesses, ensuring safe, reliable waste services while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and process orders for new, discontinued, or changed services.
• Accept payments, investigate billing inquiries, and update account information.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to determine service needs, resolve complaints, and propose safe, cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
