Boston Eco Cleaners is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Clerk to join our Toronto team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth service experience. This full‑time, morning‑shift position offers the chance to develop your customer‑facing skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers.
• Process service requests, schedule appointments, and update client records.
• Provide accurate information about cleaning services, pricing, and policies.
• Resolve basic issues and forward complex matters to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or equivalent certificate/diploma (1‑2 years program).
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a customer‑service or front‑desk role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work morning shifts on a permanent basis.
