Customer Service Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Clerk to join our team and provide friendly, accurate assistance to our clients. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inquiries, complaints and general office tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email or chat and provide accurate information.
• Receive, log and follow up on client complaints.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the team by multitasking and handling peak‑period workloads.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel and walk as required.
