Customer Service Associate – South Region

About the role

The Customer Service Associate works directly with customers and colleagues in the Sudbury store, handling inquiries, returns, exchanges and sales transactions in a friendly, professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Process product returns and exchanges.
• Operate cash register, computer and printer.
• Maintain the customer service area.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience.
• Availability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable and solution‑focused attitude.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry items as needed.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
