Customer Service Associate – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire in Woodstock, NB. In this role you will interact with customers both in‑store and over the phone, handling inquiries, returns, exchanges and sales transactions while delivering a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a courteous manner, in person and by phone.
• Process product returns, exchanges and sales transactions accurately.
• Operate the cash register, computer and printer to complete purchases.
• Maintain the customer service area and ensure it is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.

Required profile

• Available to work daytime shifts on weekdays.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry items as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
