About the role

Join Simons, a historic Canadian fashion retailer, as a Customer Service Associate. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our stores, delivering friendly, high‑quality service to shoppers while supporting the merchandising of our curated collections.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized assistance to customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Maintain store presentation by merchandising products according to visual guidelines.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Enjoy fashion and interacting with people.
• Friendly, personable approach to customer service.
• Ability to communicate in the official language of the store’s province (French in Quebec, English elsewhere; French is an asset in Ottawa).
