Customer Service Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

Dollar Tree is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Associate to join its Winnipeg store on a part‑time basis. You will help create a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, handling transactions, and keeping the store tidy and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and provide product recommendations.
• Operate an assigned cash register, process sales, and safeguard cash.
• Receive and unload merchandise, replenish shelves, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, and trash removal.
• Support store security by protecting assets and following loss‑prevention procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery or drug‑store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and operational documents.
• Physical capability to lift 30‑50 lb and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive movements.
