Customer Service Associate

About the role

Join RONA’s customer service team and help shoppers find the right products, place special orders, and enjoy a smooth in‑store experience. You will work directly with customers in the store and over the phone, ensuring their needs are met while keeping the store organized and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and purchase decisions in‑store and via telephone.
• Prepare and process special orders, coordinating with the Special Order Purchaser to confirm pricing and delivery dates.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and signage, and perform regular inventory counts.
• Monitor inventory, flag concerns, and keep up with current flyers and promotional events.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques through training sessions.
• Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Effective selling skills and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities to assess customer needs.
• Previous experience in a customer‑focused role.
• Physical ability to stretch, bend, lift, and carry medium to heavy products.
