Customer Service Associate – Bayers Lake

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Bayers Lake store. In this part-time position you will interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, helping them with product inquiries, returns, exchanges and sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a courteous manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns via phone and face-to-face.
• Process product returns, exchanges and sales transactions accurately.
• Operate the cash register, computer and printer efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours and lift items as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
