Customer Service and Sales Coordinator

About the role

OMEX Agriculture Inc., a Canadian fertilizer leader, is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to support its Oak Bluff office and sales team. The role will handle order processing, customer inquiries, and coordinate sales activities while reporting to the Operations and Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers, vendors and sales representatives, delivering high‑standard service.
• Enter, process and ship orders, prepare paperwork for third‑party warehouses and arrange logistics across Western Canada and the US.
• Build and maintain relationships with transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide quotes, address product availability questions, and liaise with the Production Department to manage inventory.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as printing brochures, organizing travel and preparing product labels.
• Manage tradeshow schedules, registrations, travel bookings and promotional material procurement.
• Support busy‑season label printing, conduct monthly inventory counts, and contribute ideas to improve operational processes.
