Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our call centre team in an urban environment. The role involves handling both written and oral client inquiries, providing accurate information and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Bilingual communication skills are required to serve a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer written and oral inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
• Perform general office duties, including data entry and document handling.
• Provide accurate information and resolve client issues using database software and internal tools.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company's CRM system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral communication and client‑focused attitude.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work well in a team.
• Judgement and quick learning capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with database software.
• Internet navigation skills.
• MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Office suite.
• Electronic mail handling.
