Customer Sales Support Representative

About the role

Sandvik Mining is looking for a Customer Sales Support Representative to join its team in Surrey. The role focuses on delivering industry‑leading sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping the company meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming customer orders.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, including quotes, order changes, returns, shipping, pricing, and technical issues.
• Prepare and review weekly back‑order reports, expedite as needed, and communicate status to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and convey customer needs to internal departments.
• Arrange shipment and transport of equipment and materials, and support receipt of incoming goods.
• Perform other duties related to health, safety, and compliance as assigned.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education, preferably business‑related.
• At least two years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the mining industry is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.
