Customer Lead

About the role

You will be the face of CUBE to our clients — the single point of accountability across the entire customer relationship from first engagement through to live delivery and BAU. Working closely with teams across Client Services, Intelligence & Analytics, Technology and Operations, you'll ensure our clients consistently receive an exceptional level of service while driving real compliance outcomes for their organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle, from initial engagement and statements of work through to project delivery and BAU transition.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead client‑facing meetings and workshops, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Work across legal, finance, and technology functions, maintain partner relationships, and act as the voice of the client internally to influence the product roadmap.
• Perform UAT testing of client releases and continuously develop industry knowledge.

Required profile

• Experience delivering project management and technology transformation initiatives in the financial sector, especially regulatory‑driven projects.
• Strong understanding of large‑scale programme delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, waterfall) and use of tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, elicit business requirements and operationalise new operating models for financial services.
• Prior experience in consulting firms or technology vendors serving financial services; knowledge of regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd‑Frank, etc.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholder communities and work with offshore teams.
