Customer Implementation Trainer

About the role

MealSuite is seeking a Customer Implementation Trainer to join its Implementation team. You will become the subject‑matter expert on MealSuite’s end‑to‑end foodservice software, delivering comprehensive training and configuration support to healthcare and senior‑living customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, monitor, and update user training plans tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Oversee training for both guided and live accounts, and assist with setup and configuration of Connect, Touch, and POS modules.
• Collaborate with Implementation Coordinators, Enterprise Implementation Managers, Sales, and Support to ensure seamless project hand‑offs.
• Communicate configuration requirements clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues, guide best‑practice adoption, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Educate customers on MealSuite’s toolkit, capabilities, and best practices to drive successful adoption.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of MealSuite products.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in SaaS customer implementations and training.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships through active listening and clear communication.
• Enthusiasm for teaching complex software in an accessible manner.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions.
