Customer Experience Representative - Seasonal

About the role

As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative at Indigo, you will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the Winnipeg store, adding joy to every customer interaction. You’ll be guided by Indigo’s mission and values, sharing stories that connect customers to the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and welcome customers in the store.
• Engage customers on the sales floor, sharing product stories and curating collections.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure product displays are appealing.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and programs.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and address concerns.
• Promote health and safety practices for staff and shoppers.
• Hold yourself and teammates accountable for performance and development.
• Share ideas with leadership to improve employee and customer experiences.

Required profile

• Adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn all aspects of store operations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Capability to lift items up to 40 lb using proper equipment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
• French/English bilingualism required in Québec; additional languages are a plus.
