Customer Experience Representative

About the role

The Customer Experience Representative joins our front‑line service team to deliver exceptional support to clients handling shipments. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between customers, shippers, receivers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Enter and manage data related to operational movements.
• Coordinate with shippers, receivers, and internal teams to gather information and schedule appointments.
• Handle challenging situations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Report, analyze and resolve system, client and operational issues that affect service quality.
• Maintain accurate records and statistics for assigned processes.
• Perform general office duties and work independently as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent multitasking and workload management capabilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with TMW transportation software (preferred).
