Customer Experience Guide – Full‑Time Retail

About the role

Patagonia is looking for a Customer Experience Guide to be the face of the brand in its Vancouver store. You will create memorable in‑person experiences, support daily store operations, and champion environmental activism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class, customer‑centric service and act as a brand advocate.
• Process shipments, support inventory counts, and restock the sales floor.
• Maintain visual standards by folding, hanging, steaming, and dressing mannequins.
• Assist with sales preparation, product transfers, and store donations.
• Participate in retail marketing events and generate community‑engagement ideas.
• Train new teammates and contribute to ongoing store training.
• Apply security and loss‑prevention measures to protect merchandise.
• Engage in Patagonia’s Activism program, using 18 paid hours to support local non‑profits and environmental initiatives.
