Customer Experience Associate – Mississauga

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join its Mississauga branch. In this front‑line position you will deliver friendly, accurate service while helping customers find the right banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD procedures, industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and refer clients to specialised teams when required.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns using standard processes and escalate non‑standard issues as needed.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable workplace by supporting team members and participating in personal development activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to listen and respond to client needs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
• Good judgment in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced branch environment.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling skills.
• Familiarity with banking products and regulations is a plus.
