Customer Experience Associate – Mississauga & Brampton

About the role

TD is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to work in its Mississauga and Brampton branches. The role is centred on delivering an exceptional banking experience, handling routine financial transactions, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction and contribute to continuous branch improvement.
• Accurately process a broad range of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and open a limited range of products and services.
• Promote TD’s products, advice, and banking capabilities to support business objectives.
• Apply operating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct.
• Support operational excellence by completing processes accurately and participating in improvement initiatives.
• Maintain due diligence for all customer activities and flag non‑standard or high‑risk transactions.
• Collaborate with team members, continuously develop product knowledge, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Established customer service skills capable of handling routine, multi‑step transactions with limited financial impact.
• Broad knowledge of basic banking products and services.
• Ability to evaluate customer situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
