Customer Experience Associate

About the role

LiftBridge Collective is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join its East York team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them understand services, answer questions, and ensure every interaction is professional and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide clear information about products and services.
• Assist with account‑related inquiries and resolve questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established processes.
• Build positive relationships through clear, consistent communication.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, approachable attitude and comfort in a customer‑facing environment.
• Quick learner who can follow established procedures.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or communications is helpful but not mandatory.
