Customer Experience Associate

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Associates to create welcoming, positive interactions for visitors at our event sites in Gloucester, Ontario. As the first point of contact, you will guide guests through a memorable experience and represent United West Ottawa with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Initiate natural conversations, understand customer needs, and suggest suitable products.
• Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information throughout the visit.
• Maintain an energetic environment at event locations and support team initiatives.
• Continuously develop product knowledge through coaching and team meetings.

Required profile

• Available for full‑time work, including weekends and some holidays.
• People‑oriented, enjoys meeting new individuals and creating positive first impressions.
• Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are assets (not mandatory).
