About the role
Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate and be the front‑line representative for our clients. You will deliver friendly, accurate service while helping customers navigate banking products and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD policies, industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer clients to specialised partners when required.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries using standard procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Achieve business objectives by promoting relevant products and completing transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment by collaborating with teammates and participating in personal performance development.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a pleasant customer experience.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
