Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a personable Customer Experience Associate to join its Montreal branch. In this front‑line position you will deliver accurate financial transactions while providing friendly, solution‑focused service to both existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other transactions in line with TD procedures and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products and refer customers to specialised partners when required.
• Address routine inquiries, resolve concerns using standard protocols and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant banking solutions.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable workplace by supporting team collaboration and personal development.
