Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join its Vaudreuil‑Dorion branch. In this front‑line position you will deliver accurate financial transactions while providing friendly, knowledgeable service that builds lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer clients to specialized partners when necessary.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries using standard procedures, escalating complex issues as required.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant products and completing business processes efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable workplace by supporting team collaboration and personal development.
