Customer Experience Associate – Branch Banking

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Associates to join its branch network in Oshawa and surrounding areas. In this front‑line role you will process everyday banking transactions and help customers find the right financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other transactions in accordance with TD procedures and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when required.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant solutions.
• Maintain a courteous, inclusive and collaborative branch environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle cash and confidential information accurately.
• Good judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
• Motivation to meet performance goals and work effectively in a team.
