Customer Experience Associate – 30 hrs/week

About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate you will be the face and heart of a Scotiabank branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will work in a purpose‑driven, inclusive environment that values strong relationships and proactive service.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service throughout the client journey.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions and nurture long‑standing relationships.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote and demonstrate mobile and digital banking applications.
• Listen actively to uncover customer needs and explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience through work or community involvement.
• Professional, friendly, and efficient attitude.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including part‑time (30 hours/week).
• Comfortable handling simple sales situations.
• Strong technical aptitude for promoting digital and self‑service banking options.
